A concentrated way to work

Get Further, Faster.

A block of sessions with your coach, set close together in a condensed time frame, built for the times weekly coaching is not fast enough.

Same work, closer together.

Intensive Coaching is not a different kind of coaching, it is a different pace of it. Instead of one hour a week, you and your coach set a run of sessions close together, usually across a matter of days rather than months. That density is the point. It is what Roark Kerr & Associates themselves describe as an alternative to in-patient treatment: a way to get real help and real guidance without checking out of your own life to do it. You keep your job. You keep sleeping in your own bed. You are still there for the people who need you at home.

Who this tends to fit

People come to this format when they are stuck on something that has not moved in months of the ordinary pace, a compulsive behavior, a pattern of thinking they cannot seem to talk themselves out of, a habit that has quietly taken over more of their week than they meant to give it. The condensed schedule gives you and your coach enough consecutive time to actually get underneath it, and enough of it that you leave with coping skills you have already practiced, not just discussed, while you are still standing in your own environment. Every session is $125 for the hour, whether you come alone or bring someone with you, and we will build the block around what you tell us you are carrying.

Ask Sara or Carrie whether an intensive block fits what you are dealing with. Call (806) 283-8586.
