The Hope Exchange offers Christian life coaching in Lubbock for people desiring personal growth and more satisfying relationships, and for people struggling with painful emotions, distorted thinking, and troubling behavior. A session here doesn't start with a form, it starts with a conversation, and that conversation is held through a spiritual lens as well as a practical one. The aim is a supportive environment where you can name what you're carrying and start working at it, and a deeper connection with your own beliefs along the way.
What a session looks like
Sessions run about an hour and cost $125, the same fee whether it's one person in the room or a family. Most people plan for four to eight sessions, though some come two or three times and feel ready to carry on alone, and some stay with it far longer. We don't file insurance claims, and we'd rather talk plainly about the cost than have it decide the matter for you.

Who this is for
Growth, not only crisis.
Some people come to The Hope Exchange because something has gone wrong. Just as many come because they want more out of their life or their relationships and aren't sure how to get there on their own. Both are welcome in the same room, on the same $125 hour.
What changes from session to session is what you bring in. A coach here meets a hard week and a good one with the same attention, because the point isn't to wait for a crisis before you take your own growth seriously. If a weekday visit to 82nd Street doesn't fit your schedule, ask about a virtual session instead.
